Not the Supernatural duo. :)

Sam and Dean from my novella, Worth the Risk, will always hold a very special place in my heart because they’re my first hero and heroine to get published. I adore them. They’ve never stopped loving each other and even when pitted against one another for a job each desperately wants, they can’t fight the feelings they have for each other. ~sigh~

Who is your favorite romantic duo?

Tomorrow is our last letter! Squee! I hope you’ll pop in for the letter “K” and an excerpt. :) Then Thursday is Release Day! Woot! That swag I mentioned? I’ll show it off! Plus, it’s not just my book releasing, but fellow Entangled Ever After author, Diane Alberts, with her novella, Divinely Ruined! I hope you’ll stop by to celebrate with me!

  1. Hmm, fave romantic duo… There are so many, it’s hard to pick just one. I’d have to say Elizabeth Bennett and Mr. Darcy from Pride and Prejudice. Loved the film adaptaion with Kiera Knightley too :)

  2. Cheryl S.

My favorite duo is from an old Silhouette Desire titled A Cowboy’s Secret by Anne McAllister. The hero and heroine were J.D. and Lydia and I just loved the interaction between them.

I love that your favorite duo is from a Desire, Cheryl! If you like cowboys, you should definitely check out Charlene Sands’ Desires! She writes good cowboy. :)

  3. Robin, I LOVE the idea of the alphabet countdown. I must steal it for my next release! It’s really hard to narrow down a favorite couple, so I’m just going to name A favorite – Phedre and Joscelin from Jacqueline Carey’s Kushiel series.

Steal away, Kate! It’s been fun having a countdown like this – its kept me organized! I’m going to be doing something really fun on Friday – at a friend’s blog – and then Monday here, that I’m super excited about! I haven’t read Jacqueline Carey, but I love the names of her characters!

  4. Sam and Dean sound like a perfect match! I love the romantic tales you spin, though, so does that count? If not, well, right now I’m thinking of Julia Quinn’s upcoming release, so I’ll have to say I’ve loved the heroes and heroines from several of her latest books. They’re funny, fun, interesting, and perfect for each other.

Oh, I LOVE Julia Quinn, Caryn. She writes the best characters! And aww, shucks. Thanks for loving my stories. It totally counts! :D

Can’t wait to meet Sam and Dean! Congratulations, Robin,
I’m so excited for you. Congratulations to you too, Diane-you are in good company! (P.S. Moms can say that).

Mom! I’m nervous and excited for you to read Sam and Dean’s story (although I think you read some of it, right?)

I’m in amazing company with Diane! She’s a great Entangled peep and a fantastic writer!

  6. Like Tuere, I’m a Mr. Darcy and Elizabeth fan :). But you knew that! I also like the “Supernatural” Sam and Dean… Can’t wait for your release day, Robin!!!!

I did know that, Marilyn! I can’t believe my release day is tomorrow. Is freaking out normal? Seriously, my heart is starting to really pound.
