Here’s the stats on my hero from Worth the Risk:

Name: Dean Malloy
Build: Lean and muscular
Height: 6’2″
Weight: 190
Strengths: Loyal, protective, courageous, approachable
Weaknesses: Stubborn, foolhardy, plays by his own rules
Leading Lady: Samantha (Sam) Bennett, the girl he’s never gotten over
Favorites: Travel and adventure sports (River raft and hike a volcano in the same day? Hell, yeah.)
Occupation: Hotshot environmentalist

I love my Dean. When I began writing Worth the Risk, it started with him. I had a guy and an occupation. Of course it would be a romance, but I wanted some adventure, too. I also wanted a hero that was real – a guy larger than life, but accessible.

I hope you crush on Dean as much as I do. :)

Who is your favorite fictional hero? What qualities do you like best in a hero?

hugs,
Robin

P.S. Thanks for all the kind words about my trailer! If you missed it, you can check it out below. It’s also on You Tube (which is so weird!).

P.P.S. Pop by tomorrow for the letter “E” and giveaways!

  1. Ooh, he sounds delicious! So excited for his story to come out. Now I’m going to try to guess what you’re posting for the letter E.

Hmm. Got nothing. Guess I’ll be surprised! :-D

However, I do have a pretty safe guess for the S. Am I right??? I’ll have to see…

Hey Caryn! I think Dean is pretty yummy, and I’m so excited for you to read his story!

    I’m thinking you’re half right with the S. ;)
