I may pop in for a quick post here for there, but for the month of November, I’ll be typing like crazy to get 50,000 words on the page as I participate in National Novel Writing Month (NaNoWriMo) and a SmackDown with my publisher (Go Team Bliss!). I’m super excited about the story I’m writing and have a major crush on my hero! I’ll be back in December to let you know how it went. In the meantime, if you’re reading this, I’d love to know what book you’re reading so I can live vicariously through you this month.

Happy November!

  1. Yay! Have a great time writing! (I am so jealous — editing just isn’t as much fun.)

Currently reading (and LOVING) Charity Shumway’s TEN GIRLS TO WATCH. It’s fabulous!

Thanks, Shari! I agree, editing isn’t as much fun as that first draft where my characters often take me in directions I didn’t see coming.

I’ll make note of Charity’s book! Thanks for the recommendation!

  2. Go, Robin, go!!! *pom pom swish*

As for the book I’m reading, I’m in the middle of several, all of which I’m enjoying and would recommend:

Will Grayson, Will Grayson by David Levithan and John Green
Welcome, Caller, This Is Chloe by Shelley Coriell
The Raven Boys by Maggie Stiefvater

Thanks, Caryn! And I want to read ALL those books! ~ sigh ~ I’m going to be one busy reader in December. :)
